This Moringa Bread recipe provides a healthy, nutrient and delicious whole grain bread. It also helps to incorporate the benefits of Moringa into daily diet.
INGREDIENTS
500g spelt flour or brown flour
150g raw seeds of sunflower and sesame
3 medium carrots finely shredded
2 Table spoon of SAWA MORINGA POWDER
2.5dl of warm water
1.5 tea spoon of yeast
2 tea spoon of salt
PREPARATION
Soften the yeast in warm water.
Add all ingredients into large mixing bowl and mix till moist dough forms.
Spread dough into prepared mini loaf pans. Sprinkle the dough with sesame seeds or olives (optional).
Place two small loaf pans on middle rack of cold oven.
Set oven temperature to 200 °C. Bake Moringa bread for 45-50 minutes or until you can insert and remove a toothpick without dough sticking to the toothpick.
