Moringa Quesadillas


  • 1 tea spoon of SAWA MORINGA POWDER
  • 2 wheat tortillas
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 125 ml of chanterelle mushrooms
  • 1 chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 green chopped bell pepper
  • 250 g of shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp virgin coconut oil
  • Salt and pepper


  • Heat oil and the vegetables untilt ender and crispy.
  • Add salt and pepper and mix well
  • Place vegetables in bowl and add 1tsp Moringa Powder, mix well.
  • Lay one tortilla and sprinkle half the cheese and half the vegetable filling.
  • When cheese is fully melted, fold and serve.
  • Repeat for 2nd quesadilla
  • Taste great with Moringa Guacamole or Moringa Pesto
