INGREDIENTS
60 ml water
1 tablespoon ground chia seeds
115 g of margarine, softened
100 g of brown sugar
Teaspoon vanilla extract
190 g all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon fine salt
120 ml coconut milk
1 tablespoon white vinegar
2 teaspoons of SAWA Moringa Powder
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a 12-cup muffin pan with silicone or baking cups.
Whisk together the water and chia seeds in a small bowl; set aside.
Cream the softened margarine and sugar with a electric mixer until light. Beat in the chia seed mixture and vanilla extract.
Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the milk & vinegar until smooth.
Then add the moringa and mix until combined.
Fill the muffin cups about ¾ full and bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
