64g Whole pecans
8 small dates Dates
80ml Coconut yogurt
3 table spoon of Honey
80ml Almond milk
1 table spoon of SAWA MORINGA POWDER
Soak cashews overnight or for at least 3 hours.
Blend the ingredients for the crust in food processor and spread the crust in a form. Put in the freezer.
Blend all cream ingredients (except Moringa) in your blender.
Set aside about 2/3 of the cream and blend in the Moringa with the rest of the cream.
Spread the regular cream on top and freeze for 30 minutes.
Spread the Moringa cream on top and sprinkle with Moringa powder.
Freeze again for at lease 3 hours and let the cake thaw before serving it.
