One of the best ways to use Baobab powder is in this smoothie. It's great for breakfast a few times a week and great for after workouts too. Either way, it can give you energy boost and it tastes like dessert. Baobab is high in antioxidants, vitamin, C, and dietary fiber. It also is a source of magnesium, potassium, and loads of other great things.
Ingredients:
1 cup of almond or coconut milk
1 banana
1 tablespoon of SAWA Baobab Powder
1 tablespoon of peanut butter or almond butter (I love Justin’s Honey Peanut Butter)
1/2 teaspoon SAWA RAW Cacao powder
Directions:
Blend in blender and sprinkle with a few cacao nibs.
