How to use Neem Oil for Acne Spot Treatment
Anyone struggling with acne and spots can probably say that they have tried every acne treatment/product there is. But sometimes the solution is easier than all those chemical and unnatural treatments.
Neem oil is extracted from the seeds of Neem fruit. The nuts contain about 50% oil and therefore very rich, and maintain the softness, suppleness and radiance of skin and hair. It’s used in a variety of beauty products such as skin creams, body lotions, hair products and cosmetics.
Neem oil contains fatty acids, limonoids, vitamin E, antioxidants and calcium, and cleansing properties that purge dirt, sweat and excess sebum from hair and skin.
For some, it may seem odd to put oils on acne prone skin, but often in such cases oil is just what your skin is craving.
