Whole Grain Moringa Bread

This Moringa Bread recipe provides a healthy, nutrient and delicious whole grain bread. It also helps to incorporate the benefits of Moringa into daily diet.


  • 500g spelt flour or brown flour
  • 150g raw seeds of sunflower and sesame
  • 3 medium carrots finely shredded
  • 2 Table spoon of SAWA MORINGA POWDER
  • 2.5dl of warm water
  • 1.5 tea spoon of yeast
  • 2 tea spoon of salt


  • Soften the yeast in warm water.
  • Add all ingredients into large mixing bowl and mix till moist dough forms.
  • Spread dough into prepared mini loaf pans. Sprinkle the dough with sesame seeds or olives (optional).
  • Place two small loaf pans on middle rack of cold oven.
  • Set oven temperature to 200 °C. Bake Moringa bread for 45-50 minutes or until you can insert and remove a toothpick without dough sticking to the toothpick.
