Moringa Pancakes

These healthy delicious fluffy moringa pancakes are made with gluten free flour, and contain all the essential nutrients you need to start your day. They are are thick, powerful and tasty. They are also great for vegan or anyone on plant based diet.


  • 2 table spoons of SAWA MORINGA POWDER
  • 1 1/4 cups Gluten Free Flour
  • 3 Eggs (separate egg whites & yolks)
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tbsp Moringa Powder
  • 3 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 3 tbsp Butter (melted) - Can used vegan butter if preferred
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Pinch of salt


  • In a separate bowl, whip egg whites until hard peak.
  • Mix the wet ingredients which is egg yolks, milk and butter
  • Mix the dry ingredients: The flour, Moringa powder, sugar, Salt, and the baking Powder
  • Mix together the dry and wet ingredients, and then gently mix in the whipped eggs. Don‘t over whipped it!
  • On a medium heat of pan, pour the mixture using a laddle and flip after you see some bubbles on top; usually 2-3mins per sides
  • Add your choice of toppings such as berries, cream or honey.
