  • 35g Oatmeal or any gluten free oatmeal
  • 1 tea spoon of SAWA MORINGA POWDER
  • 1 tea spoon of Honey
  • 170ml of Water


  • Combine the oatmeal with water and cook over medium to high heat for 1-2 minutes until fluffy.
  • Add honey and Moringa and blend well.
  • Place in a bowl and top with coconut flakes and your favourite fruits and nuts.
