Moringa Mushrooms Omelet Muffins

SAWA Moringa Powder is an easy and versatile ingredient to cook with. This Moringa mushroom omelet muffins are made in 20 minutes, and are packed with the essential nutrients you need in your breakfast to start the day or in your lunch to continue the day.


  • 1 table spoon of SAWA MORINGA POWDER
  • 100g of Chanterelle Mushroom
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese


  • Preheat oven to 200°C
  • Dice bell pepper, onions, and tomato
  • Cut the mushrooms and add it
  • Combine 6 eggs with the Moringa Powder in bowl and mix well
  • Mix in vegetables and add the salt
  • Pour egg mixture into 6 slot non-stick, greased muffin tin (or use greased paper muffin cups if necessary
  • Top with amount of cheese desired
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes until the tops are firm to the touch
