Moringa Lentil Soup

This delicious Moringa and lentil soup is easy to make homemade soup with carrots, and packed with protein. This is healthy delicious and easy to prepare. This is just what you need to get through the chilly nordic winter nights. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tea spoon of SAWA MORINGA POWDER
  • 11dl of vegetable stock
  • Fresh chopped coriander
  • 285ml of green lentils
  • 850ml of water
  • 2 carrots
  • Salt & pepper

PREPARATION

  • Finely chop the carrots and add them to a saucepan with the lentils and water.
  • Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for approx. 25 minutes.
  • Leave to cool for a few minutes before adding to a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend it until smooth.
  • Warm through in a saucepan and serve with toasted brown or pita bread.
