This easy chocolate truffles recipe uses moringa powder to boost nutrition, and give all the protein, vitamins and minerals you need to stay healthy. 1 tablespoon of SAWA MORINGA POWDER
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 vanilla bean or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
65g of shredded coconut
Pinch of sea salt
5 tablespoons maple syrup
4 tablespoons coconut oil
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add in wet ingredients, mix well until the texture is even.
Shape the mixture into balls, then roll them in some shredded coconut.
Freeze for 2 hours, then keep in a tight container in the fridge.
