Moringa Shredded Chicken Salad

Try this delicious Moringa Chicken salads packed with protein, vitamins and calcium.This recipe is an easy, throw together salad that can use up leftover roast chicken. This Moringa chicken salad recipe is perfect with a french baguette and mayonnaise. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 SERVINGS/5-10 MINUTES
  • 1 tea spoon of SAWA MORINGA POWDER
  • 2 avocado
  • 200g of cooked chicken, shredded
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • 100g of red fresh raisins
  • 1 box of corn
  • 100g bag baby spinach leaves
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 2 red onion, finely sliced
  • 1 juice of lime
  • 1/2 Cucumber, chopped
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

  • In a medium bowl, cut all the vegetables that need to be chopped
  • Add the shredded chicken and the corn
  • Add the spinach leaves
  • Add the Moringa powder, the salt, pepper and the cayenne pepper
  • Spread the olive oil on top
  • Mix together
  • Serve with your favourite bread or wrap and sauce
